Client: DNRE: Forestry

Stock Software was commissioned by the Forestry department to develop an educational game to demonstrate the finer points of Forest Management. The game allows the player to virtually manage a forest by deciding upon the extent of logging, conservation, and recreational facilities development.

The game was written entirely in Java, using the Swing platform for GUI front end and Jakarta Avalon Framework for the underlying game logic.
